About
Hello, welcome to my home page!
I’m Yuan Pu (浦媛), a Postgraduate Associate at the Yale School of Medicine, working under the mentorship of Dr. Dennis Shung. I graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in 2023 with a B.S. in Computational Biology, where I completed my honors thesis under the guidance of Dr. Ritambhara Singh.
My research interests lie in leveraging advanced computational methods to improve healthcare. I am especially eager to explore deep learning’s potential to enrich our understanding of human diseases and power systems that support clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
