Hi there!

I’m Yuan Pu (浦媛), a first year Computer Science Ph.D. student at Duke University advised by Dr. Monica Agrawal. My research develops AI methods for healthcare, with current focus on large language models and human-AI interaction.

Previously, I worked as a Postgraduate Associate at Yale School of Medicine under the mentorship of Dr. Dennis Shung. I graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in 2023 with a B.S. in Computational Biology, where I completed my honors thesis under the guidance of Dr. Ritambhara Singh.
